DRDO issued this one line statement about the postponement of first test launch of nuclear-tipped Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile Agni-V. "Due to heavy lightning in region, the AGNI 5 LAUNCH is rescheduled for tomorrow morning for SAFETY REASONS."
