This is the link of the CAG Report that had underlined the gaping holes in the capability of the Indian Army. The December 2011 report has suddenly got into limelight for substantiating what Indian Army Chief General VK Singh has said in his letter to the Prime Minister talking about the delay in modernisation of the forces.
However, there is nothing new either in the CAG report or in the General's letter. All the issues have been written about zillions of times.
