As the Nyoma incident where officers and jawans of an Artillery unit clashed with each other I managed to fish out some of the old photographs of the legendary Sam Bahadur interacting with his troops. The charm of affable Sam does not, in anyways diminish his stature as an officer. While hierarchy is required in the army, the class divide is something everybody inside the force needs to look into.
